What to Know

With these improvements, you’ll be able to take even more control over your finances and enjoy a convenient, simple way to bank. But pretty big upgrades come with pretty big changes.

Below are some of the changes you can expect and answers to a few frequently asked questions.

Important Information:

  • During our Online and Mobile Banking Upgrades, BillPay will temporarily be unavailable.
Any BillPays scheduled during this time will not be processed. Please plan ahead accordingly.
  • After the upgrade, you will only be able to access/view your 12 most recent statements.
In order to view statements older than the 12 most recent, you will need to download them before the upgrade or request hard copies from the branch after.

Enrollment FAQs

  • Will I need to re-enroll?
Yes, but it’s easy! First, make sure your contact info (including your mobile number and email) is up to date on your MCCU account. You will need your account number to enroll.
Don’t know your account number? Visit the branch or contact MCCU today!

  • Will I need a new username and password?
Yes. You will create these during the enrollment process.

Username Requirements: Must be at least 6 characters in length, and contain at least 1 number and letter, and no special characters.

Password Requirements: Must be at least 8 characters in length, and contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

  • How are joint account owners affected?
For maximum security and protection, joint account holders who do not have a primary account need to create their own, unique login. They will also need to verify that their contact information is up to date as well.

  • How do I find my account number?
Visit the branch or contact us today!

Accessing Online & Mobile Banking

  • Will I need to download a new app?
Yes! As a result of these upgrades to our online and mobile banking capabilities, you will need to uninstall any previous MCCU mobile or online applications and download the new mobile app.
Check back mid-April to download our NEW app!

  • Do I need to enroll in online and mobile banking separately?

Nope! Once you enroll in our new online banking, you’re automatically enrolled in the new mobile
banking as well.
The same login credentials are used for both online and mobile banking, so users who enroll in mobile banking are also automatically enrolled in online banking.

Accessing My Money

  • Will my debit and credit cards be affected?
No, all debit and credit cards will continue to work as expected.

  • Will my automatic transfers be affected?
All automatic transfers should remain the same and be unaffected. In the event your transfers are interrupted, however, you will be able to set up new transfers with the updated online/mobile banking.

More Info

  • Will I need to set up alerts again?
Yes, any current alerts will not transfer and as a result will need to be set up again with the new online/mobile banking system.

  • Can I view my statements and account histories?
Yes, but as stated earlier, you will only be able to access all account histories within the last 12 months per search. Account default to the most recent history for the past 12 months.
Any statements and histories older than the past 12 months will need to have been downloaded earlier or can be obtained from the branch as a hard copy.
