We are closely monitoring the unprecedented Coronavirus (COVID-19).   Our primary concern is the health and safety of our members, employees and community.

The Drive Thru and Lobby are Open for Business

Beginning Monday, May 11, 2020 the credit union lobby will be open.  Use of the drive thru is still encouraged.  All services can be completed using the drive thru.

For your safety and the safety of our staff the following protocols are in place:

Members are encouraged to wear a mask.   Please remove hats and sunglasses when wearing a mask.

The children's play area has been removed

The coffee and cookies will not be served

The guest chairs have been removed

The water fountain and restroom are closed

The receptionist has been moved behind the glass

Member Service will serve members at the teller windows

We are taking extra precautions by cleaning surfaces often

Hopefully this phase is short, but again safety is our main priority.

As always staff will be available to assist members by phone at 816-246-0002.

Please Stay Home if You Can

The CDC recommends staying at home as much as possible.  CU OnLine banking allows you to manage your accounts from your home.  If you need assistance getting set-up please contact a Member Service Representative at 816-246-0002.

CU OnLine allows you to perform transfers, make loan payments, pay bills, transfer funds to your other financial institutions, and pay friends with PopMoney.

The mobile app allows you to deposit checks to your account with your cell phone. We have increased the per check limit to $2,500  and the daily limit to $3,000.  Endorse the back of your check, write “For Mobile Deposit Only” and your account number on the back of the check.  These deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal.

Your Money is Safe

We encourage members to leave their money in a trusted, insured financial institution.   Missouri Central has been around since 1931 and looks forward to serving many generations to come.  Your deposits at Missouri Central Credit Union are backed and insured by the NCUA.

Beware of Scams

Missouri Central Credit Union will never email or call you to ask for your username, password, or security code.  Never share this information with anyone.  In times like these, scams of all types pop-up.  Be cautious.   Never give your account information or personal information to anyone who contacts you.
