OTHER DISCLOSURES
Late Payment Fee.  You will be charged a fee if your payment is 15 days or more late.  If your minimum periodic payment is $25.00 or less, you will be charged a fee of 5.0% of the minimum payment, but not to exceed $5.00.  If your minimum payment is more than $25.00, you will be charged a fee of $15.00 or 5.00% of the minimum payment, whichever is greater, but not to exceed $50.00.

Pay by Phone Fee.  $10.00  -when the automated line  is used.  No fee when 816-246-0002 is called.
